Once the landscape concept design budget is approved, a scalable, computer rendered drawing is created to allow an overall perspective of the project. This allows for further adjustments to be made by both the client and the design team. Once completed, the drawings become the basis for the budget concerning the overall landscaping strategy.

When the client is satisfied with the conceptual design and budget of the landscaping project, an experienced foreman is assigned to the enterprise and they will execute the plan from beginning to the end while continually liaising with the customer. The foreman will put together an expert team of tradespeople specifically chosen for the tasks required by the project and who will work to complete the job within budget and on time.
